Worldspun (“we,” “us,” or “our”) operates the Worldspun mobile application and web application (the “Service”). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect your information when you use our Service.
By using Worldspun, you agree to the collection and use of information as described in this policy. This Service is intended for users aged 13 and older. Children under 13 may use the Service only under direct parental supervision using a parent or guardian’s account. We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children under 13.

- Payment information: Subscription and purchase transactions are processed by Stripe (web) and RevenueCat/Google Play/Apple App Store (mobile). We do not store your payment card details.
- Communications: If you contact us at support@worldspun.io, we retain your correspondence.
Information Generated by Your Use
- Gameplay data: Characters, campaigns, narrative history, choices, and progress within the Service.
- Usage data: Session activity, features used, and interaction patterns — used to improve the Service.
- Device information: Device type, operating system version, and app version, collected automatically to support troubleshooting and compatibility.
Information We Do Not Collect
- We do not record or store your voice or audio.
- We do not collect your precise or approximate location.
- We do not collect biometric data.
3. How We Use Your Information
We use your information to:
- Provide, operate, and maintain the Service
- Process subscriptions and in-app purchases
- Personalize your gameplay experience
- Respond to support requests
- Send transactional emails (account-related notifications)
- Improve and develop new features
- Comply with legal obligations
We do not sell your personal information to third parties. We do not use your information for targeted advertising.
4. AI-Generated Content
Worldspun uses artificial intelligence (including Anthropic’s Claude API) to generate narrative content, dialogue, and game responses in real time.
- AI-generated content is dynamic and may vary between sessions.
- We do not use your personal information to train third-party AI models.
- Your gameplay prompts and interactions may be processed by Anthropic’s API subject to Anthropic’s privacy policy (anthropic.com/privacy).
5. Third-Party Services
We share limited information with the following third parties to operate the Service:

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to:
- Access the personal information we hold about you
- Correct inaccurate information
- Delete your personal information
- Withdraw consent for certain processing
- Data portability — receive a copy of your data in a common format

Account deletion: Account deletion is currently handled by contacting support@worldspun.io. We do not offer in-app self-service account deletion at this time. We are working to add this feature.
8. Age Restrictions and Children
Worldspun is rated for users aged 13 and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 without verifiable parental consent.
Children under 13 may use the Service only under direct parental supervision using a parent or guardian’s registered account. If you believe a child under 13 has created an account independently, please contact us at support@worldspun.io and we will delete it promptly.
Parents using their account with a child under 13 accept responsibility for that child’s use of the Service.
9. Security
We implement industry-standard security measures including encrypted data transmission (TLS), encrypted data storage, and access controls. No method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security but will notify you of any breach affecting your personal information as required by applicable law.
10. International Transfers
Worldspun is operated from British Columbia, Canada. Your information may be processed and stored on servers in the United States (AWS us-east-1). By using the Service, you consent to this transfer.
11. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the new policy on this page and updating the “Last Updated” date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
